Refund & Cancellation Policy

Premium is sold as a prepaid weekly or monthly plan. It does not renew automatically: when the period ends your account returns to the free plan unless you choose to pay again.

Because plans do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel — simply do not renew. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

• You were charged but Premium was not activated and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same period.
• A serious fault on our side stopped Premium working for most of the period you paid for.

• Predictions or slips that lost. Results are never guaranteed, so losing bets are not grounds for a refund.
• A plan that has been used and you changed your mind after the first 24 hours.

Email support@oddazo.com with your account email and payment reference within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Paystack; timing depends on your bank.
